Georgie is a passionate advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), veterans, foster youth, seniors, and underserved communities. Her work reflects QFSG’s guiding mission: supporting individuals at every stage of life with dignity, independence, and opportunity. With more than a decade of professional experience in healthcare and human services—and over fifteen years of lived experience navigating disability services as both a provider and parent—Georgie brings a unique combination of professional expertise and personal insight to leadership in community-based care. Under her leadership, Quality First Support Group has developed comprehensive services that promote independence, stability, and inclusion, including support coordination, care management, in-home and community-based supports, respite services, housing support, home health services, ABA therapy, mentorship and life coaching programs, and services for veterans, foster youth, and seniors. Georgie’s vision ensures that these services remain person-centered, culturally responsive, and accessible to the communities they serve. As the mother of a child with special needs, Georgie understands firsthand the challenges families encounter when navigating complex healthcare and social service systems. This personal journey has shaped her commitment to building organizations that prioritize compassion, quality, and practical solutions that truly meet the needs of families and communities.

In addition to leading Quality First Support Group, Georgie is an entrepreneur and innovator focused on expanding community-based service models that bridge gaps in healthcare, housing, and social supports. She actively collaborates with community partners, healthcare providers, and advocacy organizations to strengthen service systems and expand opportunities for vulnerable populations. Georgie holds a Master’s degree and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, further strengthening her expertise in strategic leadership, organizational development, and building sustainable service systems that improve outcomes for individuals and families. Through her leadership, Georgie continues to advance the mission of Quality First Support Group: “Supporting Every Step, Every Stage, Every Story.” Her vision is to help create stronger, more inclusive communities where every individual, regardless of ability or circumstance, has access to the support, respect, and opportunities needed to live a fulfilling life.
