For emergency situations outside of regular business hours, please call the agency phone number. The QFSG call center will assess the situation and, if it is determined to be an emergency, the on-call staff member will be paged.
An on-call staff member will return your call within one hour or sooner.
If the situation is determined not to be an emergency, a QFSG staff member will return the call during the next regular business day.
